All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping time will vary according to distance, we are located in San Diego, CA. If you need expedited shipping feel free to email us at customerservice@vialmerchandising.com

MEDIA MAIL
We are now offering Media Mail as a shipping option via USPS. Please only choose Media Mail at checkout if your order ONLY contains physical media (Vinyl, CD's, Cassette Tapes, Books, Etc). Media Mail can take up to 10 business days for delivery and comes with tracking via USPS.

Orders that are processed with the incorrect shipping option will be cancelled and re-stocked. 

At this time please allow 7-10 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for items lost once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of USPS. Please choose Priority Mail on all large orders for insurance and detailed tracking information. 

Swami Garage Sale

These records will not be offered again. Every title has never been played but due to years in storage a small percentage might show some outer age. THERE ARE NO RETURNS.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on all unopened and new items except vinyl records and posters. Apparel must be unwashed and never worn. Simply mail the item back to us with a copy of your order receipt. Please keep a copy of your tracking number in case of package loss. You will receive a refund to the original purchase method within 3-5 days of receipt.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
